Time for a return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-94ce0ce4\">Our store has a 14-day return policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e131dac5\">You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the order to inform us of your intention to withdraw from the contract and return the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-f2e8b3aa\">2. Conditions for accepting the return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ac48c9b6\">For the return to be processed efficiently, the product must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>not to wear any signs of use beyond the necessary check of its character, characteristics and functioning,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be in original condition,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be returned in the original packaging, if possible;,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have the complete components, labels, seals and accessories if they were included with the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c08f88d4\">A proof of purchase is required for the return, e.g. invoice, receipt, payment confirmation or order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-cae1bf78\">If the product was used in a manner that went beyond the necessary verification of its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we may appropriately reduce the refund amount by the value of the product's reduction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-90d64060\">Products made to order, personalized or prepared according to the customer's instructions are not subject to return, unless exemptions provided for in applicable regulations apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-08d307cf\">3. Products and services not subject to return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-53202c16\">Due to the specific nature of the offer, refunds may not be granted in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>personalized products, e.g. tags, stickers, plaques, keyrings with printing, engraving, QR code or NFC prepared for individual order,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3D prints and custom-made components,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products prepared according to the customer's individual specifications,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products activated, registered or configured according to the customer's instructions, e.g. NFC tag with a recorded link or content,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>additional services, such as gift wrapping, assembly, configuration, or graphic design, if they were performed in accordance with the customer's order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-136e9f78\">The above exclusions apply in accordance with applicable laws, in particular in cases specified in the Consumer Rights Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-0fd979b3\">4. Report of the return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-125ae846\">You can submit a return through the returns page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/furgonetka.pl\/zwroty\/c16a7c0c-c4e5-4389-934d-5b5b9a72ed9e\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-19e98ac9\">The process looks like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You choose products for return \u2014 in whole or in part of the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You specify the details of the shipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You pack the products and pay for the return shipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You deliver the package to the courier or at the drop-off point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After a positive verification of the refund, you receive an email notification and a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1f8589bf\">You can also report the return by email to: <strong><a>info@tagshop.pl<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ffce31f4\">In the message, state:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>order number,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>name and surname or company name,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the name of the product,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information whether the refund applies to the entire order or only part of it,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bank account number, if the refund is to be made by bank transfer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>optionally the reason for the return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ee52f941\">Return address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c00460fc\"><strong>Tagshop.pl Piotr S\u0142odkiewicz<\/strong><br>ul. Shipments sent without prior contact may prolong the return processing time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-e2956cb4\">5. Right of withdrawal from the contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8792b510\">According to the Consumer Rights Act, a customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-eadea2df\">To exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract, inform us of your decision within 14 days:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>by registering a return on the returns page,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by email to the address: <strong><a>info@tagshop.pl<\/a><\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by mail to the company's registered office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e2b08bcd\">To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the information about the withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-85b4ff1b\">The right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply in cases specified in applicable regulations, in particular with respect to personalized products, manufactured to order or prepared according to the individual specifications of the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ab321f7d\">If you have used the product in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functionality, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly by the value of the product's reduction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-da27c4a2\">6. Return of goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-68e7e98a\">The returned goods must be sent immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date on which we were informed of the withdrawal from the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-4692a4b3\">The deadline is considered to be observed if the shipment has been delivered before its expiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-aa501d79\">The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed or the applicable regulations provide otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-262a255e\">We kindly ask you to properly secure the product during transport to avoid any damage during the return shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-b04ddf0e\">7. Refund of money<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-d496fbc5\">In the event of a successful withdrawal from the contract, we will refund:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the amount paid for the returned product,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the cost of the cheapest standard delivery form offered in the store, if this cost was incurred when placing the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-f52448eb\">If a more expensive delivery method is chosen than the cheapest standard delivery form offered in the store, the difference in costs is not subject to a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c1064e9e\">The reimbursement of the payment shall be made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5867ae62\">We reserve the right to suspend the refund of payments until the returned product is received or proof of its return is provided \u2014 whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-929690f8\">The funds will be returned using the same payment method as used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed and it does not involve additional costs for the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-27cfbca1\">If more than 21 business days have passed since the refund was approved and the funds have not been credited, please contact us: <strong><a>info@tagshop.pl<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-3e2c9bf7\">8. Returns for undelivered shipments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-00ca7a2f\">If the shipment is returned to us due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>not being picked up within the deadline,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providing an incorrect delivery address,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refusal to accept the shipment,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-13844dc8\">The cost of shipping in both directions may be deducted from the refund amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-76147fa6\">The refund then covers the value of the product, excluding delivery costs, provided that the deduction is in accordance with the applicable regulations and the circumstances of the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-90d375db\">In the case of a reshipment, the customer covers the cost of shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-639b65d6\">9. Complaints and defective products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-83dee376\">Every product is thoroughly inspected before being shipped. Warszawy 51\/4<br>78-400 Szczecinek,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by phone to obtain information regarding the further proceedings: <strong>+48 730 132 288<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-be90efc8\">In the complaint form, please provide the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>order number,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>name and surname or company name,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contact details,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the name of the advertised product,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a description of the problem or the defect found,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preferred solution, e.g. repair, replacement of the product, price reduction or refund of funds,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photos of the product or any defects, if they can help in processing the report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e3d168c9\">In the event of damage to the shipment, please \u2014 if possible \u2014 report the problem within 48 hours of receiving the package and attach photos of the packaging and the product. This will facilitate the verification of the matter with the carrier, but does not limit the consumer\u2019s statutory rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-91aaa7d1\">We process complaints within the timeframe <strong>14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-97ecbc88\">We will inform you about the decision via email or in another form specified by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-7db6a66a\">In the event of a justified complaint, we will propose an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable regulations, namely repair, replacement of the product, price reduction, or refund of funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-479e2c64\">10. Responsibility for the conformity of the goods with the contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a0915e1c\">The products offered in the store are subject to the seller's liability for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-7d5cb66f\">The seller's liability for the non-conformity of the goods with the contract remains in effect <strong>2 years from the date of delivery of the goods<\/strong>, Unless the applicable regulations provide for a different deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c3099bf3\">If an additional warranty has been provided for a product by the manufacturer or seller, the information regarding its scope, duration and conditions will be provided to the customer along with the product or indicated in the product description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-730794d4\">11. Product exchange<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-7a8ec401\">The simplest way to exchange a product is to return the original product and place a new order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-13b6d63a\">In case of a desire to exchange, please contact us by email in advance: <strong><a>info@tagshop.pl<\/a><\/strong>.
