1. This regulation sets out the rules for using the online store available at the address https:\/\/tagshop.pl, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cStore\u201d.

3. The store conducts retail sales of products via the Internet.
4. This regulation complies with the applicable law of the European Union and the Republic of Poland, including the Consumer Rights Act, the Electronic Services Act, the Telecommunications Law, and Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 2. Definitions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Customer \u2013 a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit making a purchase in the Store.
2. Consumer \u2013 a natural person who makes a purchase that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
3. Seller \u2013 Tagshop.pl Piotr S\u0142odkiewicz.
4. Store \u2013 online service available at the address https:\/\/tagshop.pl.
5. Regulations \u2013 this document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 3. Rules for placing orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Orders in the Store can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. Orders are only processed after payment has been confirmed via the Przelewy24 (P24) system.
3. After placing the order, the customer receives an electronic confirmation of the order\u2019s acceptance.
4. The order process begins after the payment is processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 4. Payment and delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. The store offers payment exclusively online via the Przelewy24 (P24) system.
2. The order is processed after the payment is recorded in the operator's account.
3. Detailed information regarding payment methods, delivery costs and delivery time can be found in the document \u201cDelivery and Payments\u201d available on the Store\u2019s website.
4. The store delivers to Poland and selected countries of the European Union: Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Spain. Detailed information regarding the costs and delivery time for international deliveries can be found in the document \u201cDelivery and Payment\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 5. Returns and complaints<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
2. Detailed rules regarding returns, complaints and contract withdrawal are described in the document \u201cReturn and complaint policy\u201d<\/strong> available on the Store website.
3. According to Article 38, paragraph 3 of the Act on Consumer Rights, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the case of products made according to the Customer\u2019s specifications or intended to meet their individualized needs, in particular 3D prints made according to the Customer\u2019s individual design and products with permanent, personalized printing or engraving made to a customized order by the Customer (e.g., a plaque with a custom engraved pattern ordered by the Customer). The exclusion does not apply to standard tags, cards, stickers, and NFC wristbands that the Customer can independently, repeatedly program and reprogram after delivery \u2013 these products are subject to return under the general terms and conditions.
4. In the case of products not subject to the exclusion, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with the procedure described in the Returns and Complaints Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 6. Protection of personal data (RODO)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. The administrator of the personal data of the Customers is Piotr S\u0142odkiewicz, who operates a business under the name Tagshop.pl with its registered office at 51\/4 Bohater\u00f3w Warszawy Street, 78-400 Szczecinek, NIP: 6731868644.
2. The personal data of the Customers is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, handling deliveries, contacting the Customer, and conducting marketing activities \u2013 based on the Customer\u2019s consent or the provisions of law.<\/strong>
Payment data is not processed by the Store. Electronic payment processing is handled by an external payment operator \u2013 Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A., ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Pozna\u0144, NIP: 779-236-98-87)<\/strong>, which is a separate data controller in the field of payments.
3. The customer has the right to access their data, to have it corrected, deleted, and the processing restricted, as well as to object to it.

5. Detailed rules regarding cookies and personal data are set out in the \u201cCookie Policy\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 7. Liability and copyrights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. The store is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the customer during the ordering process.
2. All content, photos, graphics and descriptions posted on tagshop.pl are protected by copyright under the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights.<\/strong>
They belong to Tagshop.pl Piotr S\u0142odkiewicz or their respective authors, who have granted the store a license to use them.
3. Copying, distributing or using them in whole or in part without the written consent of the owner is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 8. Reviews<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Reviews about products in the Store can only be added by people who have purchased the product in the Store. The seller verifies this based on the order linked to the email address of the author of the review. Reviews from such people are labeled \u201cverified purchase.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The seller does not remove or modify reviews due to their negative nature. The review may not be published if it violates the law, contains offensive content, or is unrelated to the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. After placing the order, the Seller provides the Customer\u2019s email address and order details (number, products, value) to Ceneo.pl sp. z o.o., based in Pozna\u0144, for the purpose of sending a survey asking for feedback on the Store and the products purchased in the \u201cTrusted Reviews\u201d program. Completing the survey is voluntary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. The seller may, once the order is completed, send the customer an email message requesting a review of the purchased products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 9. Final provisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law and the European Union shall apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Terms of Use.<\/strong>
Any changes take effect on the day they are published on the Store's website and apply to orders placed after that date.
