How does the NFC Google Review card work?

1. The customer brings the phone closer to the NFC card.
2. The phone reads the recorded internet address.
3. A message with a redirect appears on the screen.
4. The customer goes to the company profile or the place where the review was posted.

The card works passively, therefore does not require batteries, charging or additional power supply. The energy required for reading is transmitted by the phone when the device is brought close to the card.

The operation of NFC depends on the model of the phone, the location of the NFC antenna, and the device settings. On some Android phones, it may be necessary to turn on the NFC function first.

NFC card for collecting customer feedback

Customer reviews are an important element of a company's online image. The NFC card shortens the distance from the end of the visit or the completion of the service to the place where the customer can leave their review.

Instead of telling the customer the company name or asking them to search for the profile later, you can provide a ready-made card with a programmed link.

The card can be located exactly where the customer:

• ends the visit,
• receives the order,
• makes the payment,
• checks in or checks out,
• receives the service provided,
• he talks to the service employee.
