Delivery and payment

We ship orders within Poland and to selected countries of the European Union via trusted carriers. We offer delivery to pickup points/automatic terminals and courier delivery to the specified address.

Free delivery

For purchases over PLN 300, delivery within Poland is free (free shipping).

International shipping (European Union)

We also ship to selected countries within the European Union: Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Spain. The delivery cost is visible in the cart after selecting the country.

Forms and costs of international delivery:
• Poczta Polska – priority registered letter (orders up to 0.5 kg) – PLN 25, usually 5–10 working days
• InPost International – pickup at a pickup point or parcel locker (France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain) – PLN 39, 3–7 working days
• Courier to the door – Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria: PLN 59; France, Netherlands, Belgium: PLN 79; Italy, Spain: PLN 99; 3–7 working days

For orders over PLN 400, delivery to the mentioned EU countries is free.

The delivery time is calculated from the time the shipment is delivered (excluding the order processing time – see “Order processing and shipping time” below). We ship packages using DPD, FedEx, GLS or SPX – the carrier is selected individually for the best price and delivery time.

Time for order processing and shipping

The order fulfillment begins after the payment is recorded.

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 working days from the day payment is recorded.
Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., with printing, NFC registration, QR code, or 3D printing) are delivered within 3–7 business days.

Additionally, for selected delivery methods, there are time limits for delivery (orders submitted and paid for are shipped the same day):
• DPD (Courier and Point / Self-checkout) – orders paid by 17:00 are sent the same day
• Pocztex – orders paid by 19:00 are shipped the same day
• Orlen Paczka – orders paid by 14:00 are sent the same day
• InPost – orders paid by 11:00 are sent the same day
• Other delivery methods – orders paid by 12:00 are shipped the same day

In the case of the above delivery methods, shipments are usually delivered the next working day (the delivery time depends on the carrier).

In exceptional cases (e.g. large orders), the delivery time may be extended – the customer will be informed about this via email.

Track your shipment

After the shipment is delivered, the customer receives an email with the shipment number and a link that allows them to track its status.

No receipt of the shipment

In the event of non-receipt of the shipment within the deadline and its return to the sender, the Buyer shall bear the cost of reshipping. The costs of transport in both directions may be deducted from any refund.

Payments

At tagshop.pl we provide secure, fast and convenient online payments via the Przelewy24 (P24) system. All transactions are encrypted and carried out in compliance with high security standards.

Security of transactions

The Przelewy24 system meets high security standards (including PCI DSS and 3D Secure), and customer data is protected in accordance with the applicable GDPR regulations. tagshop.pl has no access to customers’ payment card details or bank accounts.

Invoices and confirmations

A proof of purchase in the form of an invoice is issued for each order.
The seller is not a VAT payer – the issued invoices are exempt from VAT.

To receive an invoice for the company details, the Buyer should select the appropriate option during the order submission or send a request to the e-mail address: info@tagshop.pl.
The invoice is sent in electronic form to the email address provided during the order submission process.

Additional information

• All prices listed on tagshop.pl are gross prices.
• In the case of a payment rejected or unauthorized, the order will not be processed.
• Orders placed on weekends or days that are legally closed for business are processed on the first working day after the day off.
